As a native New Yorker, I am aware that disparate things can come together to create something new and that esthetics and skill affect outcome. I consistently strive to improve the experience of bodywork to craft better sessions that support my client's health and personal journey in wellness.

I am a NYS licensed massage therapist since 2004. I have a private practice and over 12 years in the spa industry. I am a corporate trainer to other massage therapists for Bliss Spas, LLC. 

HND + TMPL is an ongoing project in the discovery of connecting to self and expression in relation to the therapist (HND) and the client (TMPL.) It is through the mastery of self and being of service to others that a true expression of art, beauty and healing is made manifest.
