Embodied at Yogahouse Kingston

Join Pamela Kalechofsky and myself for a unique collaboration of sound and movement. The experience will begin with an asana practice set to live music, followed into a settling, sound-bathed savasana, where both Pam and Ben will play harmoniously together.
