Info sound and scent
The best way to enjoy these mini-meditations is to find a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. Once settled, use headphones to keep your attention focused. The images immerse you in nature and bring your awareness to the details of an outdoor experience. Allow the scent to permeate your experience. Notice how your thoughts may slow and open to spacious wonder when you view them.
You may also forego viewing, letting the sound and scent conjure an internal visual screening from your imagination.
Forest Bathing 10 min
Use this meditation when you have limited time and need quick access to a resource that supports your well-being and mental health. Remember, self-care only requires a little time, presence, and attention to the moment.
Forest Bathing 2 20 min
This extended sound meditation uses a variety of instruments to provide space for a complete journey in a limited time frame. There's enough time to drop in, settle with the scent and sound, and drift. If you fall asleep with this or any sound meditation, you'll likely return refreshed afterward. Don't fight it, as you will not miss anything. Your consciousness is ever present and monitored along with your hearing.
Forest Bathing 3 40 min
This more extended sound meditation is curated to slow your thoughts down. As your eyes follow the images, the motion will wind your nervous system down, allowing your brain waves to shift. The combined drone sound enhances the eye motion and amplifies the deceleration of your nervous system, creating space for deep rest, renewal, and improved cognitive function.
